Headquartered in San Diego, California, DiversyFund is a web-based investment platform that enables accredited investors to make a fractional investment in luxury real estate assets.

Challenge

The client's CTO approached DevTeam.Space with the task of designing and building an investment engine and the investment dashboard for DiversyFund. They also requested support from a dedicated tech account manager.

Solution

Our teams developed the web-based investment platform from scratch. Our tech account manager started the project with a three-week design phase to determine the best steps, choose the most appropriate technology stack, and design the investment dashboard. After several options were presented, the client decided to go with WordPress due to its suitability for easy content management. They directed us to build an investment engine on PHP Laravel. Then, our professional web designer created a custom user interface (UI) for the investment dashboard. After everything was approved, we started the coding phase. The project was finished and released in 3 months.

Results

The website features custom user profiles and an investment performance dashboard. It connects with ACH payment and investment services to perform investments and withdrawals. A set of custom plugins, including a real estate investment object management system, were created specifically for this website.
